1. Definitions
The Sahlix Platform
Refers to the integrated digital ecosystem provided by Sahlix for managing small and medium-sized businesses. This includes the mobile app, website, control dashboard, and all associated management tools — covering features such as scheduling, invoicing, analytics, and customer communication.
Account Holder
Any individual or legal entity that registers on the Sahlix platform and operates a business through it, whether a sole trader, a multi-branch establishment, or a company.
End User
Any person who interacts with the interface provided by an Account Holder to their customers — whether to book an appointment, purchase a product, subscribe to a service, or otherwise.
User
A general term referring to any party who engages with the Sahlix platform, including Account Holders, assigned staff members, and End Users.
2. Scope of Services
Sahlix provides business owners with a comprehensive suite of tools, including but not limited to:
- Booking and appointment management, and scheduling organisation.
- Invoice creation, payment management, and electronic collection.
- E-invoicing compliant with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
- Inventory, product, and service management.
- Team performance tracking and permissions management.
- Automated notifications and reminders to customers.
- Business analytics and detailed reporting.
- Custom booking pages and customer-facing web portals.
Sahlix reserves the right to add new features, modify existing ones, or partially or fully discontinue them, with prior notice to Users through official channels.
3. Registration and Account Management
By creating an account on Sahlix, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into contracts, and you agree to the following:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, and update it promptly whenever it changes.
- Keep your account credentials and login details confidential and refrain from sharing them with any third party.
- Accept full responsibility for any activity carried out through your account, regardless of who performed it.
- Notify Sahlix immediately upon discovering any breach or unauthorised use of your account.
Sahlix reserves the right to reject registration requests or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or contain false or misleading information.
4. Subscription and Fees
Sahlix operates on tiered subscription models suited to businesses of various sizes. Account Holders agree to the following:
- Review the details, features, and limitations of the chosen plan before subscribing.
- Pay subscription fees by their due dates in accordance with the agreed payment method.
- Understand that available features may vary depending on the subscribed plan.
Sahlix reserves the right to revise plan pricing, and current subscribers will be notified of any changes with sufficient advance notice before they take effect. The Refund Policy is detailed on the Refund Policy page.
5. User Obligations
Every user of the Sahlix platform agrees to comply with the following:
- Fully abide by all laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Use the platform solely for lawful purposes, and not engage in any activity contrary to public order or public morals.
- Refrain from attempting to breach the platform's systems or gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
- Not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software without prior written consent.
- Avoid any action that could harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.
- Comply with e-invoicing requirements issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Sahlix platform are the exclusive property of Sahlix or its licensors. These include: the platform name and logos, visual design, source code, algorithms, published content, and technical documentation.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the platform during their subscription period in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
7. Data and Privacy
Data entered by Account Holders into the platform — including customer records, transactions, and service listings — remains their property. Sahlix is committed to processing such data in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy.
Account Holders are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they input, and confirm that they have obtained the necessary consents from their customers to collect and process their data in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Relationship Between Account Holder and End User
Sahlix's role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure that enables businesses to deliver their services. The contractual relationship between an Account Holder and their End Users remains independent and is governed by the terms set by the Account Holder themselves.
Sahlix is not a party to that relationship and bears no responsibility for the quality of services provided by Account Holders to their customers, nor for any disputes or disagreements arising between them.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Sahlix platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver a stable and reliable experience, Sahlix:
- Does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the complete absence of technical errors at all times.
- Is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or revenue.
- Is not liable for failures or interruptions originating from third-party services such as payment gateways or SMS providers.
In all cases, Sahlix's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
10. Suspension and Termination
Sahlix reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:
- A proven violation of any provision of this Agreement.
- Submission of false or misleading registration information.
- Use of the platform in a manner that causes harm to the platform, its users, or third parties.
- Failure to pay outstanding subscription fees.
- Receipt of a decision or directive from a competent government authority.
Account Holders may cancel their subscription at any time in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, Account Holders will be granted a reasonable period to export their data before it is permanently deleted from Sahlix's systems.
11. Amendments to the Agreement
Sahlix reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed. Users will be notified of any material changes via their registered email address or through a prominent notice within the platform, before the changes come into effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any updates constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to terminate your subscription in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with it, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Should that prove unsuccessful, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter.
